The drive from Minnesota to Idaho

This is at a rest area. Abel had to use the potty and while we were in there he said, "mom, you go get the camera and take a picture of me, okay" So he found a spot and had me take his picture. Yes he is in his pajama's.

Oh, here is a post from www.montanasnewsstation.com

The October monster of a snowstorm continues to blanket Billings and much of Southcentral Montana.
The National Weather Service in Billings snow will continue to pile up Sunday.
The long duration fall snow storm that has been impacting the region since Thursday night will continue to generate accumulating snow Sunday.
The system will move into southeast Montana on Sunday afternoon and enter the Dakotas Sunday night. The snow will taper off Sunday night as the low pressure system moves away.
A winter storm warning for heavy snow remains in effect until 6:00 a.m. on Monday as snow will continue to pile up Sunday.
Additional accumulations of 3 to 5 inches can be expected on top of the 8 to 14 inches that has already fallen. Travel will be difficult with slush and snow covered roads.
Power outages caused by downed tree limbs and power lines continues to be a major concern with the heavy and wet snowfall.
The snow will taper off Sunday night.
A winter storm warning means significant amounts of snow are expected and gusty winds are also possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
The greatest snow accumulations will be along the east slopes of the Crazy Mountains and north slopes of the Beartooth and Absaroka mountains. Total snow accumulations will be between 3 and 5 feet before the snow tapers off Sunday night.
Lesser snowfall amounts of 1 to 3 feet can be expected on the southern and western slopes, including the mountains around Cooke City.
Red Lodge school has been canceled for Monday. In addition Red Lodge Mayor Betsy Scanlin has declared a Snow Emergency. People have been asked to stay home and off city streets (except in an emergency) until snow plowing has been accomplished. Red Lodge has recieved over 40 inches of snow in the past 24 hours which has overwhelmed the Red Lodge city crew. Assistance has been requested from Montana DOT and is forthcoming.
